Tone4Life Chair

Now Offering Tone4Life Pelvic Floor Therapy

We Have Pelvic Floor Therapy — And It May Be the Missing Piece to Your Core, Bladder, and Pelvic Health.

No changing clothes. No internal devices. No embarrassing exercises. Just sit, relax, and let your pelvic floor and core muscles get the wake-up call they may need.

If you have been dealing with leaking, urgency, weak core muscles, pelvic pressure, low back instability, changes in confidence after childbirth, menopause, hysterectomy, prostate changes, aging, or stress — your pelvic floor may be asking for support.

Dr. Renee Boccio is thrilled to be offering a new, non-invasive pelvic floor and core strengthening therapy using the Tone4Life Pelvic Floor Chair.

This device utilizes advanced High-Intensity Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation technology  to deliver deep, targeted stimulation to tone and strengthen your pelvic floor and core musculature.

You remain fully clothed and comfortably seated during the 30-minute session.  You will experience approximately 11,000 targeted contractions, equivalent to performing thousands of Kegel exercises—with proper form, consistency, and intensity every time.

Pelvic floor dysfunction can affect both women and men. It can show up after pregnancy, menopause, hysterectomy, prostate changes, hormone shifts, chronic stress, aging, low back issues, poor posture, abdominal weakness, or years of holding tension in the body.

Why Kegels May Not Be Enough

Most people have heard of Kegels. Unfortunately, pelvic floor health is not just about squeezing harder.

Some people cannot activate the pelvic floor correctly. Some people are actually too tight and need better coordination. Others have weak abdominal muscles, poor posture, stress-based tension patterns, constipation, hormone changes, or nervous system imbalance that keeps the pelvic floor from functioning well.  That is why doing random Kegels at home may not solve the problem.

At Welcome To Wellness, Dr. Renee looks deeper.

Instead of only asking, “What symptom do you have?” We ask, “Why is your body struggling to support, stabilize, coordinate, and hold strength?”

A Root-Cause Approach to Pelvic Floor and Core Health

At Welcome To Wellness, the pelvic floor chair is not just a stand-alone treatment. It is part of a bigger whole-body approach.

Dr. Renee may look at factors such as:

Pelvic floor strength
Core weakness
Posture and spinal patterns
Low back and hip stability
Breathing mechanics
Nervous system stress
Hormone changes
Menopause, postpartum, or hysterectomy history
Prostate-related changes
Constipation and bowel habits
Inflammation and lifestyle patterns

Because your pelvic floor is part of your whole body, your care should be too.

For Women

Women may benefit from pelvic floor and core support after:

Pregnancy
Childbirth
C-section
Hysterectomy
Menopause
Hormone changes
Chronic stress
Aging
Low back or hip instability
Years of abdominal weakness

If you feel like your body changed and never fully came back online, your pelvic floor and core may be part of that story.

For Men

Pelvic floor health is not just a women’s issue. Men have a pelvic floor too, and it plays an important role in bladder control, core stability, posture, and confidence.

Men may also experience pelvic floor dysfunction, especially with:

Aging
Prostate-related changes
Core weakness
Low back tension
Hip tightness
Chronic stress
Postural strain
Bladder urgency
Changes in pelvic control or sexual function
