Dr Renee at Welcome to Wellness is a magician. I came to her with chronic knee pain issues due to osteoarthritis and lingering lower back pain from a gym injury 9 months prior. Dr Renee, took the time to do a full comprehensive evaluation that ranged from how the injuries occurred, my activity levels, prior unrelated injuries, and photos to evaluate my posture. After just a few visits, I can honestly say my pain and discomfort went from a 8/10 down to 2/10. Dr Renee puts a lot of focus on opening energy pathways to assist with allowing your body to not only move easier but heal. I’m only a few visits in at this point, but I will not be slowing down anytime soon. Being pain free is something we all take for granted and at Welcome to wellness, Dr Renee WILL get you back to being pain free.
Dr Renee is so much more than a chiropractor. She is so loving and deeply cares about about her patients! I went to see her around 32 weeks pregnant because my baby was breech and she performed the most relaxing treatment on me! She also has a cushion that allows a pregnant mom to lay on her belly during the treatment which alone was glorious! She then gave me things to work on at home so I didn't feel obligated to keep coming back but she was so amazing that I wanted to go back!! I wish there were more providers like her.

She actually makes time for you, to listen and really hear you, and accepts you right where you are so you can achieve your optimal state of being. She has a unique personality (from NY so yea she’s raw and amazing) that you appreciate because it’s authentic. Please read on…I was having a lot of mental health issues, low energy, brain fog, and digestive issues. I’m sick and tired of the system treating me as a number, Big Pharma profiting off of my illness by pushing prescriptions that do more damage than actually help. I was looking up functional medicine doctors (with D.O. Not M.D.). I found Welcome to Wellness right here in St Cloud. I submitted the appointment request online. The very same day I got call PERSONALLY from Dr Renee asking when is a good day and time. Filled out a few health forms that shared primarily what im dealing with.The day I walked in, she welcomed me with water, and we started to review my forms together and discuss my issues. I got a stool test ordered and labwork to see specifically what’s going on. This took a few weeks to complete and get results, but Dr Renee always kept in touch, including frequent text messages that give you a real sense of support - someone you can trust hands down.As a precursor, I just got laid off from work when I started to see her. She was absolutely compassionate and understanding, willing to work with me on paying for the services and tests.Once I got the results, we sat down to review together. She was thorough, precise, and made sure I understood what she was saying. She made sure I didn’t leave with any questions on the results and plan.For me, I had to make changes to my diet (gluten seriously has no health benefits), and start taking supplements. The specific regimen tailored to ME has so far been incredible. Some of the symptoms already started to subside because she addressed the ROOT CAUSE TO PREVENT NOT TREAT THE SYMPTOMS.One last thing - Doc Renee is authentic. Quite frankly the best doctor I have ever seen in my 42 years young. I have known Dr. Renee for many years and she is nothing short of amazing! We worked together at a Wellness Center in NY and she has treated me, my family, friends, and clients I send her. Everyone says the same thing; “I didn’t think this would do anything but after a few hours or the next morning I felt amazing”. She is a gifted and talented professional. I went to Dr Renee in complete crisis mode my neck was out and in a level of 8-10 pain, it felt so much better after I left and the next day it continued to get better, I went for my second treatment and I haven’t been pain free like this in years, absolutely no cracking , it’s like her hands are communicating with your nerves it’s amazing. I am so grateful to have Dr Renee as a resource for my family. I started seeing her when I was 37 weeks pregnant. I wanted to make sure my body was as ready as it could be for delivery and that I was in alignment. I had been doing yoga, stretching & pelvic floor exercises in my third trimester, but I definitely think seeing Dr Renee helped me to have a smooth and easily delivery! I quickly referred my husband to her after going just once for help with his back, neck, and inflammation. She has helped him lose over 20 pounds and has helped release tension to help him with his posture and therefor pain. We also now both bring our 12 week old daughter to Dr Renee and it helps her immensely with digestion and head positioning. She was favoring one side and that has gotten so much better after one visit. I am grateful to have her as a healing resource in my postpartum journey, and love taking my whole family there.
